Importance

High school is a chance for personal growth. Unfortunately, today’s teenagers face extreme pressure from academics, extracurriculars, parents, social situations, technology, and so much more. Often, students lack the executive functioning and self awareness skills to balance school and personal life, leading to increased stress, procrastination, self doubt, and inconsistent grade performance.

Skills are permanent. Peak Scholars’ emphasizes skill development and self awareness because these skills can be learned and immediately applied to a student’s life. Once a student masters a skill, they carry it with them throughout their entire academic and professional career.

Strong students invest in skills.
